SessionRun is a local-first app with optional Cloud Sync and public Live Timer sharing.

Summary

No account is required for local planning, live timing, export, or import.
If you enable optional Cloud Sync, SessionRun stores your sign-in email address, synced sessions, synced blocks, cloud-session settings, and related account preferences in Supabase-hosted infrastructure so your sessions can back up and open on your devices.
If you create a public Live Timer link or QR code, SessionRun stores the public timer state needed to serve that participant view. Private facilitation notes are not intended for that public view.
If you connect ChatGPT, Claude, or another compatible app through MCP, that provider can receive and change the session data covered by the permissions you approve. SessionRun uses secure OAuth sign-in, and the current MCP tools cannot delete sessions.
No third-party tracking SDKs are used, and no advertising ID tracking is enabled.
You can delete your cloud account in the app. Deleting it removes the cloud account and synced cloud data associated with it. Local sessions on your current device remain available unless you delete them yourself.
